#### Ihre Aufgaben



We are looking for a self-driven individual with an international mindset to support us in developing, scaling and executing tailored change & people engagement programs to drive the transformation of our organization from an HR perspective. As part of the global Head Office, you collaborate with the regional and country HR Teams to pull off global projects. The position belongs to the Global HR Strategy, Governance & Transformation Department.



Your tasks:

- You will be part of the global employee survey team and hence work on one of our biggest global HR projects, in which we ask 70.000+ colleagues about their satisfaction at work.
- In that capacity, you will execute the global project plan and coordinating its milestones across 60+ countries.
- You will conduct research and develop ideas in the field of people engagement and how to enhance it, and therewith contribute to our global engagement concept.
- To support the regional and country HR teams, you will create communication and educational material on people engagement and organizational change.
- To make these well known in the organization as well as to enhance best practice sharing, you will organize and prepare virtual exchange and learning sessions for our global community.
- You will design and maintain our Intranet presence, keeping it appealing and informative.
- In addition, you will gain insights into selected change and transformation projects and support them through the preparation of presentation and communication material. You may also be involved in other topics of our department, such as organizational design & organizational governance, upon request.







#### Anforderungen


Your profile:




For this role, we are looking for a self-motivated individual who has an open mind and an academic background in communication, business, psychology, HR management or related fields. First experiences in project and/or change management are beneficial, but not a must.



To be successful in the above role, the candidate should possess/display the following key skills/attributes:

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Distinct communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
- Talent for visualizations and for reducing complexity
- Self-reliant, result-oriented personality who enjoys contributing to a bigger picture
- Ability to be flexible in an international, fast-paced, changing environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good English communication skills (verbal and written)
